A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall not engage in, or smoke in, arranging the trade of marijuana, and the defendant shall not cultivate, possess, possess, give or receive, transport, keep in custody, or use marijuana because he is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 6, 2014, at around 20:00 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a manner that attached it to one of the marijuana tobacco, in which the Defendant was parked at a subdivision-gu office located in the area of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the city, Sung-nam-si, and that was parked in the park parking lot under the name of the Defendant, with D, E, and F, in the name of the Defendant’s vehicle located in the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the city, Sung-nam-si;

The Defendant, at the same time, at a place as set forth in paragraph 1, provided that the Defendant: (a) provided two expenses for marijuana tobacco containing large amounts of marijuana from F in paper paper to G; (b) provided that G 200,000 won in cash were delivered to F; and (c) arranged for the trade of marijuana between F and G.

3. The Defendant received marijuana, at around 22:00 on August 2014, 201, received from F the amount of 5g price of marijuana contained in vinyl at the Defendant’s residence located in the H building 601 in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do.

4. Around October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a way that, around October 11, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (b) smoked marijuana in a way that attached a smoke to the ASEAN tobacco, in a way that, on the alleyway near the ASEAN University located in the source of the field of Young-gu in the Gyeonggi-si, Suwon-si; (c) attached a fire to the fluor; and (d) attached a smoke to the fluor; and (d)
