B On July 13, 2012, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 13, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 6, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on November 15, 2012, and
1. Defendant A
A. In September 201, the Defendant smoked marijuana from the Teasa car parked in B and G, which was parked in the B’s pented parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, by attaching a fire to one marijuana tobacco, and by inhaleing the smoke.
B. In December 201, the Defendant received the marijuana from B at the street near the GI hotel located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with no compensation.
C. The Defendant smoked marijuana by melting marijuana tobacco that was parked in the said I’s hotel parking lot at night around December 201 by attaching it to 0.5g of marijuana at the Defendant’s rocketing sports vehicle. D.
At around 02:00 on October 6, 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana by melting marijuana tobacco, which is made up of approximately 0.5g of marijuana, from the Defendant’s rocketing sports vehicle parked in the J apartment 109-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
E. At around 02:00 on October 8, 2012, the Defendant smoked marijuana by melting marijuana tobacco manufactured at approximately 0.5g of marijuana from the Defendant’s rocketing sports vehicle parked in the J apartment 109-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
2. Defendant B
A. In September 201, the Defendant smoked marijuana from the Defendant’s interior car parked in the Chinese Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu’s pentathy parking lot with a fire attached to A, G, and inhaled the smoke.
B. In December 201, the Defendant: (a) on the street near the hotel located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) marijuana sent to A at a newspaper.
