The motion of this case is dismissed.

On March 28, 2016, the disposition to revoke the designation of the Chinese travel agent that the respondent has made to the applicant on March 28, 2016 is suspended until the appellate court rendered a judgment on the case of the revocation of the exclusive revocation of designation in this Court 2016.

Even when considering all the circumstances alleged by the applicant, it is not deemed that the disposition stated in the purport of the application could cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, or that there is no urgent need to suspend its effect in order to prevent it.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
