The motion of this case is dismissed.

On November 4, 2016, the disposition of revoking the designation of a Chinese travel agency against the applicant on November 4, 2016 between the above parties shall suspend its effect until the judgment of the court of this Court 2016Guhap81222, which requested the revocation of the designation of the Chinese exclusive travel agency.

Even when considering all the circumstances alleged by the applicant, it is not deemed that the disposition stated in the purport of the application could cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, or that there is no urgent need to suspend its effect in order to prevent it.

Therefore, the application of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
