A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2018, the Defendant was an English instructor of C Institute in the building B in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim D (V, 17 years of age) was a student who attended the above Institute and heard the Defendant’s lessons.

1. On September 9, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around September 9, 2018, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim the victim a Kakaox message to Kakaoox message, and (b) took the victim’s face up to the EKato page outside the vicinity of the C’s educational institute; and (c) took the victim’s face up by hand, and continued to use the victim’s arms by raising two descendants on the shoulder of the victim.

The Defendant continued to arrive in EKa page near the above private teaching institute, and followed the victim’s face “overfa............” and “a series,” and “a series,” the victim’s left hand.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.
