A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an instructor of E Institute of Education in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D2 level, and the victim F is a student who has attended the defendant's lecture from around 208, which was the fifth grade of elementary school.

1. From March 2013 to April 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim (the age of 15 at that time) entered the school room of the above private teaching institute, and found that the victim (the age of 15 at that time) was seated with the cryp and the strawing, and brought the victim’s crypology on his own hand, with the victim’s own hand.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. At around 21:00 on September 2013, the Defendant: (a) returned home by all other students; (b) sent the victim (at that time, 16 years of age) who was taking lessons in the next English classroom to the school room; (c) made the victim go back to his own will; and (d) made the victim go back to his own will; and (d) told the victim to go up to several times.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

3. On October 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the school room of the above private teaching institute on the first and second day of October 2013, the Defendant sent the victim (at the time, 16 years of age) who was engaged in lessons in the English classroom (at the time) to the school room; (b) demanded the victim to be informed of his/her will; and (c) demanded the victim to be informed of his/her face; and (d) the victim sent his/her face to the chest of the victim by drawing the victim himself/herself from the Geman Geman Ss

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.
