1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) joint with the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. On December 15, 2010, the Plaintiff filed an application for approval of the business plan with the purpose of developing and operating the tourist farm, the rural tourism business, etc., with the purpose of expanding the business site of the tourist farm to the existing 27,315 square meters from the existing 27,000 square meters to the 46,087 square meters on December 22, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an application for approval of the change of the business plan with the purport of expanding the business site of the tourist farm to the existing 27,315 square meters from the existing 27,000 square meters on August 23, 2012.
Location: The purpose and area of the lease of 46,087 square meters for tourist farms outside Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do and 11 lots: The above tourist farm includes four types of camping places (clock: 6,600 square meters, rental camping: 6,600 square meters, 56,600 square meters, 6,600 square meters, 50 square meters, 6,600 square meters, 50 square meters, 6,600 square meters, and 5,600 square meters) in total.
Public and public areas include 13,265 square meters and other public sites, such as roads, etc. in the site for farming experience facilities.
The lease location within the site shall be determined by the Plaintiff and the Defendants.
