A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Seized evidence 1 through 4 and 17 through 22 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 18:00 on July 29, 2014 to around 09:00 on the following day, the Defendant was at the office managed by the victim CH of the building 402 in Seogu-gu CG building at night. From around 09:0, the Defendant stolen one cell phone owned by the victim CH, 600,000 won in cash, and one credit card owned by the victim CI by the victim CH, which had been prepared in advance, damaged the door door door door by using the draber, and invaded into the office by putting the hand and releasing the correction device into the office.
In addition, from that time until January 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed part of the door, door, wall, and other structure at night over 34 times in total; and (b) intruded into the structure that the victims may receive, and attempted to steal, the total market price of KRW 4,326,00,00 in total; and (c) attempted to steal or steal, as there were no stolen objects, from the point of time until January 14, 2018.
2. On May 3, 2017, around 20:51, the Defendant: (a) went into the CL office administered by the CLK on the third floor of the CJ building in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) opened an unlocked entrance and intruded into the office, such as the [Attachment Table No. 25] No. 25; and (c) went into the office, and stolen two passbooks of non-fashion in the market price owned by the victim.
3. Around September 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered, as a result of the Daegu-gu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 1675 U.S. cash withdrawal period; (b) entered, in the cash withdrawal period, the passbook owned by the victim CM, i.e., the No. 6 page of the annexed crime list, into the cash withdrawal period; and (c) withdrawn KRW 11,982,00 in total in cash, and stolen the password recorded on the back of the passbook.
In addition, from that time until January 15, 2018, the Defendant 7, 10, 11, 19, 24, 26, 27, 29-31, 34, 38, 48-50 set forth above.
