A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the District Court for the Defendant’s District Court on August 28, 2015, and completed the execution of the said punishment.

1. On November 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened up and intruded the entrance counter in a warehouse for agricultural materials owned by the victim D located within the Government-Si around 23:00 on November 5, 2015; and (b) cut off and stolen with a total of 200,000 won of the market price, such as a wing paper, a flus, a flus, and a flus.

In addition, the Defendant, like this, destroyed part of the structure at night every four times, such as the weather table 1 of the attached crimes, and stolen the property of each victims.

2. On November 20, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, 206:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the string to close the entrance at the vinyl house owned by the victim F, which was owned by the victim F, at the same time; and (b) attempted to steal the goods after cutting down the string in order to close the entrance; but (c) failed to discover the object.

In addition, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims' property by intrusioning a structure at night on a total of two occasions, such as a list of crimes in attached Form 2.

3. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen a bicycle owned by the victim, who was unable to know the name at the vicinity of the bus stop No. 13 at the time of peace, 690, at the Government-ro around 02:00; and (b) stolen a theft with one bicycle.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the victim's property twice in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 3).

4. At night, on December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a vinyl house owned by the victim H located in G at the Government of Do-si on December 2, 2015; and (b) stolen with 300,000 clothes and 300,000 won at the market price.

The Defendant, as well as this, infringed on the victim’s residence at night on a total of two occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 4).

5. A defendant who has attempted special larceny is in the Government City C around December 19, 2015.
