A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The date of seizure shall be diversed by two Libers (No. 3).

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around January 18, 2017; (b) around 19:30 on January 18, 2017; (c) around 19:30,000 won in cash owned by the victim D; (d) opened a locked window into two Raber; and (d) entered into the house; and (c) cut off the locked window.

In addition, from that time until February 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victims’ residence at night over 16 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes; and (b) stolen cash, precious metal, etc. worth KRW 102,650,000, total market price owned by the victims at night.

2. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, following the Defendant’s house of the Victim F, which is located in Cheongju-si E in a considerable amount of Cheongju-ri on October 19:30, 2017: (a) opened a locked window and entered the house, and then stolen the object; (b) but (c) did not commit an attempted theft due to the wind, such as the use of the living room flick.

In addition, from that time until the early December 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victims' residence at night over three times in total, such as the second period of the List of Crimes, and stolen the object, but was not committed and attempted.

3. On September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the Victim H’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget group G, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) carried out divers two joints by shouldering the windows set up; and (c) stolen gold tamps in an aggregate amounting to KRW 13 million in the market value of the victim’s ownership; and (d) stolen gold tamps, Jins, and gold tweetss in the aggregate amounting to KRW 13 million.

In addition, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged windows at night on a total of two occasions, such as attached Table 3, and invaded upon the victims’ residence; and (b) stolen visibility, precious metal, etc. at a total of KRW 1,518,00,000 in the market price owned by the victims.

4. On January 6, 2018, the Defendant, who received a special larceny, was in front of the VictimJ located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around 19:00 on and before the 19:0, and was depicted into two drickers, and entered the house, thereby leaving the victim’s goods.
