1. Special larceny and special larceny: (a) the Defendant: (b) committed an attempted theft on December 18, 2015, at around 02:00, up to 87, a 4 mix 4 mix mix, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, into a warehouse; (c) opened the mix 700,000 won in cash, which is the victim C owned by the victim; and (d) committed theft; and (b) committed an attempted theft, with the purport that the Defendant destroyed part of the building at night over eight times, including “Attachment 1”, and invaded the building at night, and attempted to steals part of the building at night over three times, and did not commit a theft and damage to the building, and did not commit any attempted theft.
2. On April 2014, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, and to larceny a structure at night, around 05:30, around 05:30, around 2014, into “F church” managed by the victim E in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which had not been corrected. In other words, the Defendant invaded into the structure at night, with one bank consisting of 900,000 won in cash owned by the victim inside the premises of the office located therein, and committed a theft from the Si to 03:0 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant attempted not to steal the property by destroying the structure at night over 14 times, such as the “Attachment List 2”, and by impairing the structure at night, did not commit a theft, but did not commit any attempted crime by breaking the property at night.
3. Around September 15, 2015, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an open door to the “I church” managed by the victim H located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; (b) opened and intrudeed the entrance; and (c) stolen one with a cash of KRW 80,000 in the victim’s bank located in the city, and a wall containing a Chinese currency located in the city, from that city to January 30, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the structure managed by the victim on three occasions, such as the “Attachment 3 List of Crimes”, and stolen the property owned by the victim.
