A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2015, the Defendant, around 17:36, 2015, driven a motor vehicle from the south Island located in Pyeongtaek-gun of Gyeonggi-do to the Sampo-si located in the same Dong-dong, Gyeongcheon-si, Gangwon-do, in approximately 20km section without a motor vehicle driver's license.

1. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

1) On April 14, 2015, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle from the Gu-U.S. IC distance, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the Gu-U.S. IC street in the Gu-U.S. Si/Gu-U.S. Si/Gu-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of ownership transfer even though he acquired a registered automobile.
