A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership;

Nevertheless, on September 2015, the Defendant received from a person under whose name the contact was made through a newspaper advertisement called “in white,” the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said automobile without justifiable grounds.

2. The defendant who illegally uses air hono, operated on January 25, 2016;

B, the front number plate of the vehicle was kept in custody on the ground of the delinquency of automobile tax in the automobile tax of the vehicle XD car.

After that, on January 27, 2016, the Defendant was neglected for a long time on the road with studio-populated area located in the Gu-U.S. Si, Gu-si.

3. On March 6, 2016, at around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) placed C vehicle number plates for illegal use, such as the foregoing paragraph (2) on B AWD car; (b) operated the said AWD car from the front day of the E in Gumi City, Do, E, to the front road of the Gyeongbuk-gun F. of the Gyeongbuk-gun; and (c) operated the said AWD car.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

4. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damage shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road, which is owned by the BA-W-W-W-D motor vehicle and is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on March 6, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from the front side of the E-road located in Guro-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front side of the F.M. F., the 5km away from the front side of the G.M. to the G., the Defendant operated the said car.

5. On March 6, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from the front day of the road located in Guro-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 6, 2016 to North Korea.
