A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. On August 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) was negligent in the course of duties in which the Defendant driven a BAW-lurd car on August 3, 2015, and driven the front side of the bank located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, along the three-lanes of 1082 from the lower bank to the lower bank located in the lower bank, while driving along the three-lanes of the three-lanes in the lower bank; and (b) was proceeding normally from the lower bank to the lower bank in the lower bank.

1. Around 17:20 on July 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle from Seongbuk-gu, Seoul to the front day of the same Gu.

2. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a passenger car which was not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated the said car on the said date and at the said place without mandatory insurance.
