1. The defendant shall receive KRW 2,939,203 from the plaintiff and at the same time ground of the real estate stated in the attached Table to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 23, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit deposit of KRW 25,340,000, monthly rent of KRW 3,077,00 (additional tax) and the lease period of May 15, 2012 to May 14, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
