The Defendants, as the members of the so-called “Singing,” comprised of false names in D, E, and China, intended to obtain money from many and unspecified victims through the “Sing” method, and then ordered the Defendant to withdraw the amount of money from the Defendant, in contact with the co-offenders in China, by means of forgery of another person’s name card, recruitment of passbooks in the name of another person, preparation of telephonephones, cash withdrawal of the withdrawn cash, and transfer of money to the designated account.
