Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny;
A. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim B, along with C, was in front of the Victim B’s house located in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and C reported the network outside, and the Defendant was in possession of 960,000 won of the market value, which is the victim’s possession and was in an intrusion upon the house.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
B. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, had 0:48 on October 20, 201, the victim E, who was in the F apartment unit of the Simpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and C reported the network outside, and the Defendant opened a locked window and intruded into the house, with two cash-owned by the victim, 50,000 won, and the market price, respectively.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
2) On October 20, 2016, at around 01:57, the Defendant, along with C, sought again in the house of the above victim E, and reported the network outside C, and the Defendant opened a window that was not locked and intruded into the house, and had one Samsung Emt North Korea and one market value equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
2. On October 20, 2016, at around 00:39, the Defendant, along with C, did not commit any special larceny, with C, in front of the Victim H’s house located in the Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, with the intent of cutting away things. C, with the intent of having the Defendant open a window unlocked and intruded into the house, and did not find any stolen things.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property in collaboration with C.
