A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.

2) On October 20, 2016, around 01:57, the Defendant returned back to the house of the above victim F on October 2016, and the Defendant reported the network outside the house, D opened an unlocked window and intruded into the house into the house and owned by the victim, the market price of Samsung Empt North Korea in the amount of KRW 300,000,000, and one of the undeveloped cosmetics at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.

2.
