Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 17, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment with labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu High Court, and on February 10, 2013, the Defendant’s imprisonment with labor for the same kind of power is more than 3 times.

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property together with C.

1. Special larceny;
A. On November 3, 2014, from around 12:30 to around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) reported the network of the victim I (n, 66 years old); (b) opened and intruded a window not corrected in the victim I’s house; and (c) cut off a 1,700,000 won in cash, and a 1,50,000 won in cash, which is contained in the small bank clothes, from around November 3, 2014 to around 13:30; and (d) cut down the 1,50,000 foot of the market price.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen money and valuables worth KRW 1,850,000.
B. On December 6, 2014, around 12:25, the Defendant, along with C and J, was at the house of the victim L(n, 48 years of age) located in the Halle-gun, G, at the entrance of the above loan, reported the network at the entrance of the above loan, and the Defendant waiting in the MPW car owned by the Defendant on the front of the loan.
