A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 3, 201.

1. From October 18, 2013 to around 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant jointly with C, committed the crime, and from October 18, 2013 to October 18, 2013, up to KRW 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported the network outside the house; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened the door door to the victim E’s house through the window with the four-story door door inside the wall pipe; and (d) made the Defendant enter the door door; (c) one hundred (10), cash, 60,000,00 won at the market price of KRW 4,00,000, total market price of KRW 7,120,000,000, total market price of KRW 7,120,000,000, and KRW 20,000.

2. From October 22, 2013 to October 22, 2013, the Defendant, together with C, intruded into the house at F3rd floor in Gyeonggi-si on the same day from around 10:30 to around 20:00 on October 22, 2013, with a total of KRW 1,00,000 in the market price of the victim G holding a 80,000, market price of KRW 200,000 in total, and stolen it.

3. On October 28, 2013, the Defendant jointly with C, and at around 17:44, October 28, 2013, the Defendant reported the network outside the house to the Defendant, and C, via the window on the opposite side of the above building, opened a entrance door to the Defendant and opened the entrance of the Defendant. 3,190,000 won at the market price of the victim’s own land at the same time, and 1,00,000 won at the market price of KRW 3,190,000 at the market price of KRW 4,220,000 at the market price of KRW 2,00 at the same time, and 2,00,000 at the market price of KRW 3,19,00 at the same time.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the property amounting to 12,120,000 won in total over three times.
