Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. In early 2010, the Defendant: (a) received the proposal from B, “A” and “A” from B, a disguised marriage broker B, to “I will make a false report of marriage with Vietnam women C who are the objective of employment by entering the Republic of Korea and give KRW 1,500,000 upon invitation to the Republic of Korea; (b) accepted it; and (c) on March 17, 2010, the public service center office of the Republic of Korea submitted to the public official in charge of family relationship registration who is aware of the fact that the marriage report, “A” and “C,” entered false facts in the husband column and the wife column in the family relationship registration information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it by storing and operating it.

2. On April 12, 2010, the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, filed a false report of marriage, invited a foreigner in a disguised manner by deceiving C for the purpose of marriage living at the consul of the Korean Embassy Vietnam for the purpose of marriage living.
