Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant has committed a disguised marriage with Vietnamese women on condition that he will receive 2 million won in Korean currency and her free tourism in Vietnam, such as public and electronic records, and as a result, he had the intention to make a false entry into Korea;

Around September 30, 2009, the Defendant had no intention to marry with Vietnamese (B, inn, 33 years of age). Around September 30, 2009, the Gyeonggi-gu Sports Council civil service center prepared a false report of marriage as if he were married with the above B, and had the above public official in charge of viewing name-based records enter the above documents as if he were married with the above Defendant in the space of the marriage relationship between the Defendant and the above B in the family registry information system, and had the above public official enter the false facts in the family registry information system as if he were married with the above Defendant. Around that time, the Defendant exercised the public electronic records stating the false facts by operating the family registry information system with which the false facts were stored.

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall invite an alien by fraudulent means, such as making a false entry of the alien or providing a false fidelity guarantee, in order to allow the alien to enter the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, on October 28, 2009, the Defendant left Vietnam to make the above B enter the Republic of Korea, and invited a female to apply for a short-term visa for marriage purposes at the Korean Embassy stationed Vietnam on November 5, 2009 for a short-term visa for marriage purpose by allowing the public official in charge of name in the Embassy stationed Vietnam to apply for a false visa for marriage purpose.
