A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in charge of the business of producing original raw materials by processing the original raw materials meat of the production division head of an industrial chain E company with the livestock products located in Chungcheong-gun D.

In cases of processing, packaging, preserving, and distributing livestock products, the standards for the methods of processing, packing, preserving, and distributing livestock products (hereinafter referred to as "processing standards") shall be complied with, and no freezing products shall be harmfully operated to distribute them as actual temperature or refrigerating products;

On April 11, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with F, the representative E Co., Ltd., processed 840 kilograms (1,050km) using frozen goods as raw materials, processed 840 g (1,050 g) with an original package 579 g, which is a cooling product, and distributed them. From around that time to November 26, 2014, the Defendant processed 13 times in total as shown in the attached Table 1 of the crimes committed during the period from that time to November 26, 2014, using 10,50 g of the original package, which is a freezing product, as a total of 13 times.

2. No livestock products, the distribution deadline indicated on the livestock products of the sea year of which has elapsed shall be sold, nor disposed of, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported or displayed for sale;

On May 21, 2014, the Defendant processed 420 moos using live lives as raw materials in the E Co., Ltd. factory, the distribution period of which expires 30 days, and sold live lives, and processed live lives using 420 mives of lives from around that time to November 26, 2014 using 3,780 mives of lives for which the distribution period has elapsed as raw materials and sold live lives using 3,780 mives of lives of which total distribution period has elapsed.
