Punishment of the crime

From September 1, 2015, the Defendant participated in B, and from the end of December 2015, the Defendant opened gambling places in the name of “D” on the five floors of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul building C, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul from the end of December 1, 2015, and offered gambling for gambling participants to do so by “tex ex officio” and to acquire the price.
