A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) chip; (b) chip; (c) chip; (d) chip; (d) card; and (e) was kept in the place of “D” drinking house for the operation of a gambling room using gambling facilities, such as a table, etc., which was located in the fifth floor of the Busan Suwon-gu B building.

A.
