A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant expressed that C, D, E, etc. and Gwangju F District should open the term "Mumumumumum", C, a general operation of an ancientum while soliciting gamblings, D, a role of soliciting gamblings, the Defendant’s role of attracting gamblings, such as gambling, settlement of accounts, exchange, withdrawing, office arrangement, etc., and E, a role of providing gambling accounts and managing gamblings, respectively.

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) prepared chips that may be changed to ten chips, one chips, gambling card, cash and cash, etc.; (b) employed employees and lagers; (c) issued chips equivalent to those paid by gambling workers by entering the Gambling Party J, etc. in advance; and (d) had gambling workers sit down on the table and two chips received from gambling and dourbing on the floor in order of the five chips, without a ceiling of at least 1,00 won, and opened part of the chips under the pretext of “gyp” under the pretext of 10 chips by a person holding the highest number or pattern of chips, who received chips in the manner of winning at least 1,00 won without a ceiling of 0 chips; and (b) opened the chips under the pretext of 100 chips by means of gambling.

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, etc. from June 1, 2016 to August 21, 2016, provided 84,060,000 won in total from gambling persons to E’s account (K) and post office account under the name of E, such as the list of crimes, and provided chips to gambling persons, and opened gambling places for profit by operating the chips with the chips as above.
