A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred a general restaurant in the name of “E” located in YYU-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from F; (b) installed two casino gambling tables, money exchange windows, and beverage water and cooling equipment to be provided to the participants in casino games in the said “E” on December 16, 199 of the same year; and (c) created a place for gambling business by having a set-line card, chip chips, etc. to be provided to the participants in casino games.

On December 16, 2017, the Defendant entered the said gambling business, G et al. with the location of the G et al., and exchanged 30,000 won into the chips, and each of the eight gambling participants engaged in gambling with three chips (10,000 won in color, red, 5,000 won in test color, 1,000 won in test color) on the table table in which the participants engaged in the above gambling business were gathered, the Defendant collected chips of three types (2 cards divided by Russ, among the tep cards in 52 tep cards, and 10,000 won in size from 52 to 7,000 won in combination with the five tep cards, and received 20,000 won per capita games from 10,000 won in total, and 10,000 won in total, from 20,000 won in total.
