Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen another's property by destroying or damaging the door and other structures at night and by impairing the structure.

3. Defendant B and D’s co-principal defendants found Ma in front of “L” mid-to-date store located in K in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu at around 04:50 on January 22, 2019, and they also stolen NT10 on the street.
