A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:58 on March 21, 2017, at around 201, entered the Defendant’s convenience store for the management of the Victim C, which is a green-ro green-ro, with a lethal weapon (24 cm in total, 13 cm in length) and carried the convenience store, immediately behind the building of the convenience store, and damaged the glass wall by breaking it around the said warehouse and the above convenience store; and (b) intrudes on the inside of the convenience store; (c) one safe of KRW 70,00 won in the market price and 250,00 won in cash in the said safe; and (d) 50,000 won in the market price, and 590,000 won in excess of 590,000 won in the market price, and owned the property owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendant, while carrying a deadly weapon, destroyed part of the door, wall, and other structure at night, and intruded into the structure where the victim can receive, thereby cutting down the property of the victim.

2. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) prepared a lock lock device of the said warehouse at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around March 31, 2017 at around 01:52; (b) destroyed it by using a cutting device; (c) invaded inside the said convenience store with a string wall, such as a dangerous weapon (the total length of 24 cm and 13 cm) and intruded into the said convenience store with a string wall, and then stolen the Defendant’s property owned by the victim at a price equivalent to KRW 70,00 won in market price of KRW 225,00,00 in a cash located therein, including one safe of KRW 1.25 million in market price; and (d) excessive and beverages of KRW 30,000 in a market price of KRW 445,50,00 in total.

As a result, the Defendant, while carrying a deadly weapon, destroyed part of the door, wall, and other structure at night, and intruded into the structure where the victim can receive, thereby cutting down the property of the victim.
