1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant D
A. At around 01:00 on January 26, 2013, the Defendants came to know-how or parking lot of “I” located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, where Defendant A used a YF small-scale car, and Defendant A and Defendant D waiting in the car, and Defendant B entered the sariland and brought about a theft by the victim JJ, who was divingd in the sari or the 3rd female inland waters, with the market value of KRW 891,00,000, which is the victim’s possession.
B. At around 05:30 on January 27, 2013, the Defendants made a soup set of “L” parking lot located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the following grounds: (a) Defendant A and Defendant B waiting in a passenger car; and (b) Defendant D entered a soup bank, entered the soup bank to the victim M who was divingd on the fourth floor; and (c) Defendant D cut off one Samsung Ggal juth in an amount of KRW 1,15,000 at the market price of the victim’s own.
Accordingly, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant D stolen the victims' property two times jointly.
2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct
A. On March 25, 2013, at around 03:52, the Defendants agreed to steal the cell phone, and around 03:52, the Defendant, Defendant A, and B waiting in a car, Defendant D, Defendant C, and Defendant C, and Defendant E destroyed the locking device in the cell phone with the locking door hand, so as to make it difficult to take off from the vehicle, and then, Defendant D and Defendant E reported the network around, Defendant C’s intrusion into the store, and put the cell phone 11 unit, including the cell phone 5, the total market price of the victim’s P owned at the display place, which is the sum of KRW 8,238,00,00, compared to the market price of the victim’s cell phone 8,238,00.
B. The Defendants continue to exist immediately after the crime of theft of the above “O”.
