A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint conduct with the accused C or D;

A. On August 2014, the Defendant, C, and D conspiredd with the victim G installed in the “F” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on the first day of the amusement screen managed by the victim G, and then stolen the victim’s articles located in other amusement equipment in front of the amusement screen managed by the victim G, and C and D reported the network around the Defendant, and the Defendant stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 32,000,000, totaling of the victim’s market value of KRW 11,000,000, which is the victim’s own market value, in a way that sP3 recycling machine, was scird with both hand, and scird with the loss of the victim’s goods.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property together with C and D.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant, C, and D conspiredd with the victim I, who was installed in the vicinity of the Busan-gu Busan-gu convenience store, in front of the amusement machine, in which the victim I was removed from the near the Busan-gu convenience store, and in front of the amusement machine, C, C, and D committed a theft of the victim’s 21,00 won or more of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, by cutting down the amusement machine into the exit of the product.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property together with C and D.

C. At around 22:40 on March 8, 2015, the Defendant, C, and D conspiredd with the victim K, who was installed in the vicinity of the Busan District of Busan District, to steals the articles located in other amusement equipment in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and C, C, and D committed theft of the victim’s market price of KRW 150,00,00 by inserting the scams into the amusement equipment in front of entertainment. The Defendant reported the network around C, C, and D stolen the scams of the victim’s market price by inserting them into the amusement equipment.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property together with C and D.

2. The defendant's sole criminal defendant shall be a policeman in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, on February 2015.
