Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

On August 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased SPH-018, a psychotropic drug, and approximately 1g of its similar body (i.e., “SPS”) at the parking lot for the building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu. (F) and purchased SPH-018 and its similar body (i.e., “SPS”).

On August 2, 2013, at around 20:30, the Defendant purchased approximately 30,000 won from E (one name F) residence in the building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in a way that he receives about 30,000 won from E (one name F).

B. The Defendant above A.
