A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a foreigner of Uzbekistan nationality, nor a handler of narcotics.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On July 2015, the Defendant purchased, in cash, the amount equivalent to 40,00 won of a half of the tobacco franchising tobacco containing marijuana ingredients in the vicinity of the member-gu, Ansan-si (hereinafter “D”), at the house of “D” (hereinafter “D”).

B. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won in cash at the underground reporting in front of the Handong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, through D, approximately KRW 500,000 in cash.

C. On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as paragraph (b) on August 2015, the Defendant provided and purchased KRW 100,000 in cash the amount of 50 won franchising from D to Myanmar.

On August 23, 2015, between around 14:00 and around 15:00, the Defendant purchased at the same place as Paragraph B, and at the same time, approximately KRW 500,000, the amount of Switzerland 500,000 in cash, which is sealed by Myanmar from D, was 10,000.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. The defendant 1-A

1/6 of the annual beginning of the end of the cigarette consumption shall be deducted at the same date, time, place, and at the same time as in paragraph (1) and at the same time and place, and

The defendant is in the domicile of the above defendant for five days from August 1, 2015, and Article 1 (c).
