1. Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to two years and six months.

2.Provided, That each of the above punishments for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint crimes are not narcotics handlers.

The Defendants conspired to purchase and smoke psychotropic drugs JWH-018 and their similar body (so-called “Sphs” hereinafter) from Defendant A’s next high school. A.

On May 27, 2013, at around 21:26, the Defendants purchased approximately KRW 1.20,000 from D at a residential parking lot located in the building B, Nam-gu, Daegu E-dong, 301.

B. On May 27, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendants removed the leaves of the market price in their own dwelling areas of the building F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 302, and then smoked by inserting the sphers purchased from D, and then inserting the sphers.

C. On June 5, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendants smoked in the above way, around 21:30, the spiones purchased from Defendant A from D, as set out in the following paragraph (3).

2. Defendant B

A. A. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant posted about 1g of the Swiss-gu G Building 103 1803 and 1803 in a glass pipe along with H, and smoked in a string manner.

B. On May 2013, the Defendant purchased KRW 40,00,000 from D’s residence located in Daegu-gu E-dong No. 301, Daegu-gu E-dong, 301, a total of KRW 40,00,000 to D.

C. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant smoked 1g of spiones purchased from D at the same place. D.

On September 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu F Building 302, the Defendant requested that the Defendant’s residence be designated as a goods delivery site upon receipt of the Defendant’s request that JWH-018, psychotropic drugs, be imported from China.

On September 23, 2013, I had access to the Internet site (J) at a place not exceeding Daegu Special Metropolitan City around September 23, 2013, and made the name of the product JWH-019, and the place of receipt as the defendant's residence.
