Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall dismantle a device with a maximum speed limit on a motor vehicle without permission;

On August 20, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 to B in front of the apartment on the road in front of the apartment site, and caused B to operate an ECU (electronic control device) that controls the highest speed of the freight of the Defendant’s operation, thereby preventing the maximum speed restriction device from operating.
