The interval between the side of the passenger vehicle and the upper home at the time of passing through the upper home, which is the platform for the exclusive use of the steel industry, shall not exceed 15 cent-meter. Thus, the Vice Chief of the train has a duty of care to take measures necessary to prevent accidents, such as taking passengers into the front line before passing through the upper home, and closing the door of the platform.
