Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 5776" Defendant treated psychotropic drugs as follows, although it is not a person handling narcotics:
1. 5. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant tried to sell approximately KRW 123.4g of philophones purchased from G hotel I to E at the J coffee shop located in F at the time of the game entertainment around 2018, but was aware of the fact of philophones transactions at the site.
