A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated 1 through 10, 12 through 15, and 18.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by medication of phiphones;

A. On September 19, 2015, around 23:30 on September 19, 2015, the Defendant administered a philophone by inserting approximately 0.1g of Metepopopon (hereinafter “popon”) delivered from E at the guest room of “D hotel” located in Macro-si, Macopon (hereinafter “Copon”).

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by trading phiphones.

A. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) conspired with E to purchase writingphones from the sales books of writingphones (hereinafter “sellers”); (b) deposited total of KRW 300,000,000 in cash, including KRW 20,000 and KRW 100,000,000, into an influence account known by the seller; (c) sought 0.2g of phiphones attached to the influence toilet change in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at around 21:0 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to sell and purchase philophones.

B. On October 5, 2015, the Defendant decided to purchase penphones from the above seller around o’clock, deposited 100,000 won cash into an inorganic account known by the seller, and according to the seller’s instructions, the Defendant’s order was attached below the change of the “JPC” toilet located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
