[Criminal Power] On August 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, which completed the execution of the sentence on June 5, 2018.

"2019 Highest 1533"
1. Larceny;
A. On July 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:48, 2019, the 14K gold bars, the total market price of which is 50,000 won owned by the victim and was displayed in the west, using the crepane, reported that the victim was in the inside room without any other person; and (b) cut off two gold 14K gold bars, the sum of market price of which is 50,000 won.
B. On July 14, 2019, at around 13:56, the Defendant: (a) reported that a bicycle owned by a victim E was without a locking device at the market price of KRW 200,000,000 in front of the entrance of the Heung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu.
C. At around 14:58 on July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim to pack one gold 24K mpbs equivalent to KRW 2.590,000 at the market price from the bank operated by the Cheongju-gu F Victim G; (b) cut off the said gold mbs, a victim’s possession, by granting a credit card suspended by the victim to the victim; and (c) mbs that the victim attempted to settle by using the car mp terminals under the display stand.
2. Attempted larceny;
A. At around 21:00 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to pack the 780,00 won of the market price at the “J” bank operated by the Cheongju-si H victim I; and (b) subsequently, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime by breaking the gap in which surveillance was neglected; and (c) renounced the fear of arrest.
B. At around 14:40 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to pack and pack the 24K 50,000 won in the market price from the “M” bank operated by the Cheongju-gu K Victim L; and (b) requested the victim to do so; (c) caused the gap in surveillance neglected; and (d) made the arrest of the victim.
