A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chungcheong detention center on August 11, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A.
