A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) around 11:00, at a gold room operated by the victim B located in Cheongju-si, U.S., who acted as if he would purchase gold ebb, and was aware of the victim by doing so; (b) using the ebs where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, the Defendant stolen two gold ebs equivalent to the sum of the market price of the victim’s possession, namely, KRW 430,00,000,000.

2. On December 2, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D around 10:45, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at a gold room operated by the victim D, which is located in Sinju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) committed an act as if he would purchase gold eths; and (c) committed a theft by putting two gold eths equivalent to the total market price of 400,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, into the clothes ethbs.

3. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F, around 11:00 on December 6, 2018, committed the crime against the Victim F, in a gold room operated by the Victim F in Cheongju-si, Pluju-si, in the same manner as the set forth in the preceding paragraph, cut off a pair of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, by inserting them into the clothes of one pair of the victim’s own money.

4. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim H around 11:0 on December 27, 2018, in a gold room operated by the Victim H in Cheongju-si, a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, in the same manner as described in paragraph (2), and in the same manner as described in paragraph (2), committed a theft by inserting two gold bars, the total market price of which is equivalent to 300,000 won, into the clothes of two.

5. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim J, which was operated by the Victim J in Cheongju-si, a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, as described in paragraph (2), stolen two gold bars, the total market price of which is equivalent to 700,000 won of the victim’s possession, by inserting them into the clothes 10:47,00,000 won.
