Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.

However, with respect to Defendant A and C, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are those who are members of the “monthly malm” behavior organizations organized on October 1995.

1. The Defendants of special injuries were under contact with the following officers of the Defendant: (a) around 02:17 on September 4, 2016 when considering the situation that the Defendant was going to the front of “F” located in the Seogu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) Defendant C took a bath to the victim G (24 years of age) who sought fighting; (c) Defendant C took a walk to walk the victim with kne when the Defendant C puts the victim; (d) Defendant C took a walk to walk with kne when kne when the victim was faced with the victim; (e) Defendant A was able to take a face of the victim’s kne and kne at a hand; and (e) Defendant A was able to take a part of the victim’s face with the front of the “J”, and the Defendant continued to take the victim’s face from the victim’s knish to the victim’s face; and (e) Defendant C continued to take the victim’s face from the victim’s k.

As a result, the Defendants, showing the power of organization or majority, inflicted on the victim the injury, such as inside the lower wall and the alley in need of approximately six weeks of treatment.

2. On September 4, 2016, at the front of the J on September 4, 2016, the Defendants: (a) taken the victim into the parking lot of “ Qu” located in the Daegu-gu P, Daegu-gu, not more than 320 meters away from the monthly distribution staff, including K, L, M, N, andO, which are the cause of the latter organization; and (b) obstructed the victim from escaping until around 02:57, by continuing to take advantage of the police station, with the victim who was parked in the vehicle at the same place and then pushed the victim at another place.

Accordingly, the defendants are about 34 victims by multiple force.
