1. The point of larceny;

A. On January 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took away a copy of the Daegu Bank BC card owned by the victim who was living together with the Defendant on his/her own, and stolen another copy of the FC card owned by the victim in his/her books.

B. On September 10, 2013, at around 10:55, the Defendant: (a) reported the Victim H on the land bridge near Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu G; and (b) followed it; (c) cut off the Defendant’s handbags equivalent to KRW 400,000,000 in cash and the market price of KRW 100,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s hand.

2. The possession of the stolen property embezzlement;

A. A. Around August 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a set of members E’s driver’s license and a group of community credit cards owned by the victim E, located far away from the road; (b) without returning to the victim, and (c) embezzled it as it is, without returning it to the victim.

B. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim D, which was far away from the road, from the Seocho-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) did not return it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it as it is.

[2013 Highest 2935] around August 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the “K” mobile phone sales store located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) at around August 2012, the Defendant expressed “E”, “L”, “L” in the resident registration number column; and “E” in the applicant column; and (c) arbitrarily signed the applicant’s name and signed the applicant’s name and signed the applicant’s name and forged one application for new entry of mobile phone in the name of “E,” which is a private document related to rights and duties, and the employee of the said sales store at that place.
