A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be returned to the victim C.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for larceny at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) and a fine of KRW 1 million for the same offense at the Incheon District Court on May 2, 2016.

On March 21, 2015, the Defendant, at the new wall time, stolen money and valuables from the visitors who had been divingd from the streets from the Japan, and stolen living expenses. On the front side of the “E” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, around March 21, 2015, followed the personal belongings of the victim F, and stolen money and valuables from the victims at KRW 1.30,00 won in cash owned by the said victim. From that time to August 5, 2016, the Defendant stolen property of KRW 45,704,90 in total from the victims at KRW 47 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On June 26, 2016, around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) acquired a national card (credit number H) lost by the victim G from the front side of the Songcheon-si Island; (b) but did not return it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it as he/she had, without returning it to the victim.

B. At around 23:00 on August 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a verification color tag containing a cash of KRW 50,000, KEB card, etc., the victim C lost; (b) but instead, embezzled it on his/her own think that he/she had, without returning it to the victim.

C. On August 2016, around 03:00, the Defendant acquired a new hybrid card lost by the Victim K, but did not return it to the victim, and embezzled it. D.

At around 02:00 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant acquired one copy of the Korean V card lost by the victim L from the cultural distance located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and held it as the Defendant’s thought to have it without returning it to the victim.
