Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 High Court Decision 2287"

1. On August 16, 2011, the Defendant forged private document: (a) made a new service contract at the 1st floor C located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) made out “D”, “E” in the name column for customer information; (c) “F”, “G” in the resident number column; and (d) written in the column for the address for receipt of the request in the column for entry; (b) “Corporate Bank”, “A”, in the name of the bank applying for automatic transfer; and (c) written in the column for entry, “A”, in the name of the bank in which the application for automatic transfer is filed, “A”, and “B”, in the bank name of the applicant for automatic transfer; and (d) written in the column for entry application, “D” and signed in that column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, submitted it to K as if he had been duly formed.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, joined one mobile phone in the name of D by presenting a forged new service contract as above, and then let D impose a fee of KRW 246,840 on him/her, thereby defrauding the amount corresponding to that amount.

4. At around 13:00 on September 7, 201, the Defendant forged private documents on an application form for the new entry of a mobile phone kept in N operated by the petitioner located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, M, in the color flick-si column for the customer name column, F in the resident (corporation) registration number column, and the contact number column.

O. E stated in the address column of Dongcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City H 1th floor, 11.9.7 on the date of the application, 11.9.7 on the applicant column, and D on the applicant column, and signed nextly.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of a new subscription application in the name of D, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact.

5. The Defendant in the event of the above investigation document submitted an application for new subscription to P, who is aware of the forgery in the same page, and exercised it.
