Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 13:00 on May 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered into E, operated by the victim D in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and stolen property worth KRW 200,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, who is on a table subsequent to the display stand; (b) one modern card; (c) one new card; (d) one driver’s license; and (e) one driver’s license; and (e) one with a face value of KRW 100,000,000 in a new global department store gift certificate; and (b) took them away from that time until June 17, 2014, by 02:40, a total market value of KRW 5,729,000 in total, seven times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, around 13:50 on May 26, 2014, by purchasing a heavy portable phone from the victim G in the “H” mobile phone store operated by the victim G in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and by submitting sales slips as if he/she was his/her card, and by acquiring and acquiring pecuniary profits from each of the goods by using the stolen credit cards and debit cards for four times from around 13:39 on May 26, 2014 to June 15:43, 2014, each of which was obtained by acquiring and paying the proceeds by using such cards as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2).
