A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:30 on February 20, 2013, the Defendant discovered and stolen the following: (a) a DNA bank cash card No. E owned by the victim on the 7th floor of the Yandong-gu Yandong-gu Yandong-gu Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu; (b) a Korean bank cash card No. 1; (c) an agricultural bank cash card No. 1; (d) a lot card No. 1; (d) a modern card No. 1; (e) a resident registration certificate; and (e) a document with KRW 3,00

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, fraud and fraud;

A. On February 20, 2013, around 13:43, the Defendant purchased 1 point on women’s side and 1 point on women’s side at H’s 300,000 won at the “H’s clothes store” for the victim G management in Ansan-si, Mayang-si, and concluded a payment and signature on the sales slip by suggesting that the said card was owned by the Defendant as if the Defendant was the ownership of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards, and obtained one female point and one female point of the market value of 300,000 won from the victim G, and fraudulently acquired them.

B. On February 20, 2013, around 13:56, the Defendant purchased one of the five foot net gold bars from the “K” precious metal shop in the operation of the Victim J in Manan-gu, Manyang-si, Manyang-si, where I under the ground was 33, to 1.44,00,000 won, and paid the payment by presenting the stolen modern card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s possession, and signed each of the above sales slips 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant used stolen credit cards, and attempted to acquire them by acquiring one of the net amount of 1,440,000 won at the market price from the victim J, but the victim did not request the Defendant to present his identification card without delivering the above net amount, and did not commit an attempted crime.

C. On February 20, 2013, around 14:07, the Defendant purchased at the precious metal store from the “N” store of the victim M management in the Manan-gu L shopping mall E-1 in Ansan-si, Manyang-si, to 1.33,00 won, and paid by presenting the stolen modern card as if it was owned by the Defendant, and signing on the sales slip.
