1. All of the plaintiff's lawsuits against the defendant Republic of Korea shall be dismissed.

A. On July 15, 2014, the Public Notice Number 2014071723-000 (No. 2014-1) of the Public Procurement Service’s Notice Number 2014071723-00 (No. 2014-1) was publicly announced as follows in order to electronically process the procurement affairs:
