Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle that drives along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 14:18 on August 19, 2013, driven a Cuba car and proceeded with three-lanes in front of the anti-digas located in the Round-dong, Gwangju, in the Gambridge, with a crosswalk installed in the front section of the Gambridge, and the vehicle signal, etc. is redly suspended, but failed to follow the signal indicating the traffic safety facilities by driving it as it is, while driving it on the 14:18 on August 19, 2013.

Summary of Evidence

1. Each police statement made to D and E;

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the defendant did not violate the signal as stated in the crime and did not know the violation of the signal.

In light of the following circumstances, it is reasonable to view that the Defendant violated the signal signal at the crosswalk, considering the fact that all the police officers D and E waiting for the same direction along the patrol vehicle at the rear side of the car driven by the Defendant at the time of the instant case, and all the other vehicles along the two-lanes and the opposite directions of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, the Defendant’s vehicle prior to the first lane witnessing and driving the signal, and stated that the Defendant controlled the vehicle by the Defendant’s vehicle, and the police officers did not seem to have any circumstance to make a false statement, the Defendant violated the signal at the crosswalk, and only the Defendant only violated the signal while all other vehicles stop along the signal waiting.

Therefore, the above argument is without merit.
