Punishment of the crime

Pedestrians who walk roads, drivers of motor vehicles, and riders of horses that move along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

On November 27, 2013, at around 09:19:19, the Defendant driven a rocketing car, and proceeded along a two-lane road of the shooting distance of the National Rehabilitation Center in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 19, 2019, the Defendant failed to follow the signals or directions indicated by the traffic safety facilities by passing the vehicle driving signal, while the vehicle driving signal is red, while driving along the two-lanes of the shooting distance of the National Rehabilitation Center in the vicinity of March 19, 201.
